I can remember back in the day making it a weekly ritual to have SUNDAY FUNDAY! Theres nothing like getting together with your crew to discuss the shenanigans and debauchery from the previous night. For those people like me who work all weekend, and dont have the chance to go out and party harty like the rest, SUNDAYS are my savior!

Midtown Bar and Grill is a collaboration of efforts of owners and lowcountry natives Christopher Houston, James Maybank, Thomas Shepard, and Mike Shuler, bringing a true bar and grill concept to Charleston's exciting "Upper King Street" district.

Housed in one of the oldest buildings north of calhoun street and originally built inthe 1700's, the property has undergone a painstaking restoration process, featuring exposed brick walls, fireplaces, pressed-tin ceiling, and custom woodworking hand crafted from original heart pine beams salvaged from the structure itself. With their great staff, menu, and atmosphere this is soon to be the new local hot spot!

In addition to general food and beverage service operation, they would love to host your next private event! They offer both onsite as well as offsite options through their partner companies Maybank Catering and King Street Beverage Co.

Get Ink'ed at Purple Tree Lounge November 17th, 2009 Posted by Claire Hart

212 Promotions has joined forces with Blue Lotus and Artistic Ink Tattoos to bring you a series of Sick TATTOO Parties held at Purple Tree Ultra Lounge. These events are to showcase the wonderful work that Artistic Ink Tattoos perform. These artist will have portfolios and some of their customers there to display their work.

The first TEN people that bring TEN people will recieve a $100 dollars toward a tattoo. They must concact Casey Powers (doit1stclass@yahoo.com or cell # 843-224-8382) with the list of names and have everyone at Purple tree before 10pm.
